General

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

The minimum age for check-in is 18.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

In all cases where you do not arrive as arranged, and/or you have not cancelled within a reasonable time, the property will be entitled to keep the deposit or charge the room tariff to your credit card.

I'd like to take the time to remind you of a few house rules.

1. Please note maximum number of guests per room as per booking policy are:
Deluxe Suite = 2 guests
Twin Suite = 3 guests
Spa Suite = 2 guests
Disability Suite = 3 guests
Family Suite = 5 guests
Number of guests being both Adults and Children per room during your stay.

Please ensure that your booking has the correct number of guests for your stay.  Extra guests not noted on the orginal booking above, will be charged at $20.00 per guest, per night if within the maximum number of guests for the room.

Please ensure your booking does NOT exceed maximum number of guests per room.  Extra rooms will need to be booked on arrival, in order to accommodate any extra guests not on original booking and over the maximum number of guests per room.  Additional guests not on original booking and not advised at check-in (caught being deceptive) will be charged $50.00 per guest, per night.

2. Our property is NOT pet friendly. Pets are NOT permitted on the Motel Grounds or in the Motel Rooms.

3. NO Cooking is permitted in the rooms with a portable gas or electric cooker, rice cookers, air fryers, steamers, wok's or fryers. We have a BBQ on site for your cooking needs.

4. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

5. Breakfast is available 7 days a week ( selected times) at an additional cost to your stay. We offer cooked or continental breakfast - delivered to your door.

6. Payment for your stay will be processed within the cancellation policy terms. For group bookings that have booked two or more rooms, payment will be taken from the Credit Card entered with booking.
