General

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

The minimum age for check-in is 18.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.

In all cases where you do not arrive as arranged, and/or you have not cancelled within a reasonable time, the property will be entitled to keep the deposit or charge the room tariff to your credit card.

I'd like to take the time to remind you of a few house rules.

1. Please note maximum number of guests (both Adults and all Children) per room as per booking policy are:
Deluxe Suite = 2 guests
Twin Suite = 3 guests
Spa Suite = 2 guests
Disability Suite = 3 guests
Family Suite = 5 guests

Extra guests not noted on the original booking above, will be charged at $20.00 per guest, per night if within the maximum number of guests for the room.

2. Management have the right to refuse your booking should the maximum number of guests per room be exceed. This booking is NOT refundable. Please ensure that your booking has the correct number of guests as per the first point for your stay.

3. Additional guests not on original booking and not advised at check-in (caught being deceptive) will be charged $50.00 per guest, per night.

4. Our property is NOT pet friendly. Pets are NOT permitted on the Motel Grounds or in the Motel Rooms.

5. NO Cooking is permitted in the rooms with a portable gas or electric cooker, rice cookers, air fryers, steamers, wok's or fryers. We have a BBQ on site for your cooking needs.

6. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please ensure that you have a physical Credit Card available.

7. Breakfast is available 7 days a week ( selected times) at an additional cost to your stay. We offer cooked or continental breakfast - delivered to your door.

8. Payment for your stay will be processed within the cancellation policy terms.
For group bookings that have booked two or more rooms, payment will be processed from the Credit Card entered with booking.

Lovely traditional motel

Room was quite large with a sofa as well. Bed very comfy with electric blanket which was very welcoming on a cold night. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Very clean. Very friendly gentleman checked us in and offered suggestions for dinner. Same gentleman cleaned the windscreen of all the cars next morning. How good is that! Excellent value.

Enjoyed our stay at Lakes Entrance very much. Cunningham Shore was very spacious, clean and the bed which we are very picky about was really comfy. Good location and owner very nice, even cleaning our car window before we left

Lovely, friendly motel with a nice pool

We spent a night here recently with the grandkids in a family suite. The motel is located perfectly opposite the sheltered beach. A comfy queen bed in the main room and three single beds in an adjoining bedroom made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Breakfast was huge and beautifully cooked, even though my grandson swiped all my bacon. The pool was a hit with the kids and the whole motel is really clean and well maintained. Lovely friendly hosts made our stay a real pleasure.

Kristian and Michelle are the owners and really lovely people. When I opened the door to my room I was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful room and totally spotless. I would definitely recommend this motel. It's the best one I have stayed at. The one I'm staying in tonight is the total opposite as I've had to wipe surfaces, remote etc as some things haven't been cleaned well at all. I felt so comfortable at Cunningham's with the cleanliness and the very friendly welcome. Thanks guys I hope to stay again.

An old favourite

Highly recommend this small family run motel, very friendly and well maintained with nice little touches like cleaning your windscreen. We stayed here twice in November and have used this motel for Car Club stays when we are in Lakes .
